Simplay Labs frequently accommodates its partners by offering personalized services and special assistance during the testing process. Busy engineers, project managers and executives expect great customer care and efficient use of their time, whether working from their own location or visiting a facility of Simplay Labs. Now partners can take advantage of a new free Access Advantage Service being launched at Simplay Labs’ Sunnyvale, California headquarters. This service is available to partners who have submitted their products for Simplay HD testing.
The new free service features a special on-site accommodation for partners in attendance during their one-day preliminary test. Access Advantage includes:
- Access to the Simplay Labs Sunnyvale offices and test lab facilities during their product’s preliminary testing
- Access to Simplay Labs engineers
- Private guest suite for use during business hours
- Unlimited local telephone use
- High-speed wireless Internet access
- Assistance with facilitating local logistics and arrangements
Along with the Access Advantage partners can utilize the Sunnyvale location’s new Advanced Same-day Test Scheduling. This allows the most efficient use of a partner’s time for scheduling and attending the one-day preliminary test. Advanced Same-day Scheduling includes:
- Advanced appointment and confirmation for one-day preliminary testing
- Same-day on-site testing and test results
- Product shipment logistics coordination
